General Physical Description:
- Grain Type: Extra-long slender.
- Colour: Creamy white (Raw/Steam) or golden/translucent (Sella).
- Aroma: Moderate to strong fragrance; very similar to traditional Basmati.
- Appearance: The grains are thinner and slightly longer than Traditional Basmati but shorter than the 1121 variety.
- Cooking Texture: Non-sticky, soft, and fluffy. It has excellent volume expansion (the grain swells significantly but maintains its slim shape).
